A Title to Defend, Challengers to Rise. Zuera Opens the IAME Euro Series

The official IAME Euro Series will kick off this week, from 11th to 14th March, in Zuera, Spain. Drivers will arrive at the 1699 metre circuit, ready to battle for the opening honours of the season and begin the relentless pursuit of becoming the next generation of X30 Winners.

Well known to most teams and competitors, Zuera is a circuit that stands out for its high top speeds. With a notably wide racing surface, drivers are given multiple racing lines when approaching turns.

Drivers will have opportunities to attempt daring overtakes, while teams face equally bold setup decisions as they try to balance stability across a circuit defined by its speed.

Across X30 Mini, Junior and Senior, drivers will face the traditional weekend format of qualifying, heats, super heats and finals. Competition is expected to be fierce throughout the field, but the Senior class will face the toughest task of all due to the standard and the number of drivers in the field.

Mini Under the Microscope. Will Xcel excel?

A new season brings new journeys and fresh starts. For several drivers in the Mini field, this weekend marks their first step onto the international stage. These first steps, however, will be anything but baby steps.

In 2025, the name everyone watched was George House of Xcel Motorsport. This season Xcel returns to the Mini category with Oliver Woodhall, Saif Al Khalifa, Charles Clough and Ivans Voronins as they attempt to repeat the success achieved last year.

The technical challenges of Zuera will test both drivers and teams. Xcel Motorsport enters the season as the only team across any category running Energy Corse chassis. After adopting  the chassis late in 2024, the partnership proved successful throughout last season.

With continued technical input from Matthew Higgins, a podium finisher at the 2024 World Championship on the Energy, alongside the experience of Callum Walsh, former Oliver Rowland Motorsport Team Manager, the question remains whether Xcel can match their remarkable results from 2025.

A Message from 2025 Mini Title Winner, George House

“I think the Euro Series is a good but tough series. RGMMC always chooses great tracks in different places and I really like that.

It felt amazing to become a winner against the best drivers. It gave me a lot of confidence knowing that I could win against them. I was really happy.”

Junior X30. There Are Boots to Fill

41 drivers will line up in the Junior category this weekend, all aiming to secure the early series lead in Zuera. With such a strong grid, not every driver will qualify for the final.

For the past three seasons, Fusion Motorsport has dominated the Junior ranks. The team claimed the title in 2023 with Freddie Lloyd, in 2024 with Harrison Mackie and again in 2025 with Riley Cranham.

The Fusion momentum shows no signs of slowing. This year they return with Aaron Richardson and Alpine F1 Academy driver Sukhmani Khera as they attempt to continue their winning streak.

Several drivers graduating from the 2025 Mini category will also make their first appearances in the series this weekend, including Colbe Pattison, George House and Charles Ural.

A Message from 2025 Junior Title Winner, Riley Cranham

“Honestly, in 2025 the IAME Euro Series was amazing. Every race weekend you are competing against really fast drivers from all over Europe. The level of racing, the different tracks and the way the event runs make it one of the coolest series to be part of.

You learn so much and it constantly pushes you to improve.

Becoming winner at the end of the year felt unreal. I was incredibly proud. All of the hard work, early mornings, training and teamwork paid off. Crossing the finish line and knowing I had done it was one of the best feelings ever.

Good luck to everyone competing this year. You will make some amazing memories.”

Riley Cranham, Cremona, 23 March 2025.

Senior X30. A King Protecting His Castle

Over the past twelve months, one Spaniard has stood firmly on the throne. Aaron Garcia dominated the 2025 season, securing both the European Series Title and victory at the IAME Warrior Final. His strong form has continued into 2026 with another Winter Cup victory, the second of his career. Garcia returns again in 2026, again under the guidance of MDC Racing.

Now Garcia begins the defence of his crown. Challengers will come from familiar rivals such as Danny Carenini and Ruben Moya, while new but not unknown names including Henry Domain will also look to make their mark on the event.

A Message from 2025 Senior Title Winner, Aaron Garcia

“The IAME Euro Series is a very complete competition with drivers from all around the world. There are many different levels and it feels amazing to become champion while racing against so many great drivers in a clean way.

Now it is time for 2026 and I am ready to give my best again.”
